Digital Delivery Policy
How payment approval, license delivery, installers, and updates are provided.
Effective September 26, 2026 · Last updated September 26, 2026
Order submission
The buyer signs in with a verified email, selects a listed payment method, provides a transaction reference, and uploads payment proof through the protected checkout.
Manual verification
An administrator compares the submission with the received payment. Review time varies by availability and the clarity of the payment information.
Delivery
After approval, the customer receives a license key, subscription expiry date, activation instructions, and Windows installer link by email. The same information appears in the customer dashboard.
Failed email delivery
If an email is delayed or filtered, sign in to the customer dashboard using the purchase email. Contact support if the approved license or download is not visible.
Updates
Published updates and release notes appear in the customer dashboard. NSIS installations may receive confirmation-based updates; portable builds receive a direct release link.
Add the registered business name, operating address, governing law, and verified support email, then obtain local legal review before accepting public payments.
