Agreement
By creating an account, submitting an order, activating a license, or using MYRAA, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Subscription and license
A MYRAA Complete subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for one customer on one active Windows device for the paid subscription period. Ownership of the software and its source code is not transferred.
Customer-supplied AI services
You may connect your own Gemini or OpenAI API keys. You are responsible for provider charges, usage limits, availability, and compliance with each provider’s terms. MYRAA subscription fees do not include third-party API usage.
Desktop automation
MYRAA acts on commands you give it and permissions you grant through Windows and connected applications. Review sensitive commands carefully. You remain responsible for messages, files, purchases, account actions, and other results produced through your use.
Payments and renewals
The initial service uses manual payment verification. Access begins after approval and continues for the stated period. Monthly access does not renew automatically unless a future checkout clearly says otherwise.
Activation and device resets
A license is bound to one device using a hashed machine identifier. Support may reset a device after reasonable verification. Sharing, reselling, bypassing, or attempting to defeat activation controls is prohibited.
Suspension and termination
Access may be locked or revoked for an expired subscription, reversed or fraudulent payment, license sharing, abuse, security risk, or material breach of these Terms. A customer can contact support to dispute a lock.
Updates and availability
Updates may add, change, or remove functionality. Automation depends on Windows permissions, application interfaces, internet availability, and third-party services. We work to keep MYRAA available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Intellectual property
MYRAA names, interfaces, software, documentation, and original assets remain the property of their respective owner. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create unauthorized derivative versions except where applicable law expressly permits.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MYRAA is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription period connected to the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product reasons. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to the support address shown in the footer.
Add the registered business name, operating address, governing law, and verified support email, then obtain local legal review before accepting public payments.
