How MYRAA collects, uses, stores, and protects account and licensing information.

Information we collect
We collect the information needed to provide the MYRAA service: your verified email address, customer name, account creation date, purchase and transaction references, payment proof, subscription status, license state, device activation hash, application version, and recent license check time.
Information stored on your computer
Gemini and OpenAI API keys are stored on your Windows computer using Electron protected storage. They are not submitted to the MYRAA commercial website. Local preferences, assistant names, and automation history remain on the device unless a feature clearly states otherwise.
How we use information
We use account information to verify payments, deliver licenses and downloads, enforce single-device activation, provide support, prevent fraud, restore access, publish update notices, and maintain the security of the service.
Payment evidence
Payment screenshots are stored in a private Supabase storage bucket. Access is restricted to the customer who submitted the proof and authorized administrators reviewing the order.
Service providers
MYRAA may use Supabase for authentication, database and private file storage; Resend for transactional email; Vercel for website hosting; and GitHub Releases for installer delivery. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention
Account, order, subscription, and audit records are retained while your account exists and as needed for payment records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Payment proofs may be removed when they are no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information. Some purchase, security, and audit records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate dispute prevention.
Security
MYRAA uses row-level database policies, private proof storage, server-only secrets, hashed license and device identifiers, and administrative audit records. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
MYRAA is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should contact support if they believe a child submitted personal information.
Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change means the updated policy applies from its effective date.
